With audit-based experience at one of the Big Four accounting firms, PwC, Tamara has worked internationally and domestically with individuals and leading companies in industries such as airlines, pharmaceuticals, digital media, online advertising, and high-tech manufacturing. Her assignments include tax matters, corporate accounting, audit, and internal controls and have taken her to diverse locations, from southeast Asia to Europe to right here in Georgia, providing her with a global perspective and the expertise to tailor solutions for individuals as well as businesses of varying sizes and geographical locations. She deeply understands generally accepted accounting principles and strongly focuses on revenue recognition. She also has experience with various tax matters, such as individual income tax and business-related taxes, including income, sales and use tax.

Regardless of the business model, product, service, or industry, she has observed that successful accounting and business processes share a common theme: the ability to harmonize people, processes, and technology to achieve favorable results.

The establishment of Lenox Accounting LLC was driven by Tamara’s vision to provide data analytics, operational accounting services, and tax compliance beyond mere data gathering, reporting, and compliance. Her goal is to assist clients in enhancing core financial and management reporting activities with tools that utilize data to drive faster strategic decisions or conserve financial resources through sound cost management. As a Certified Public Accountant, Tamara firmly believes that accounting practices form the foundational language of economic systems. This belief underscores her commitment to the field and her expertise in it. To further her understanding of business strategy and tools for achieving efficient and profitable operations, she completed her Master of Business Administration at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Tamara enjoys exploring different cultures, traveling, and meeting new people. She is also passionate about art museums and spending time with her husband.
